In Nov I had on protected sex with my boyfriend and the next day i took the next choice pill. I got my period on the 27. And in dec I had sex again except this time it was protected and he also pulled out before he came and also the condom didn't break. I was suppose to get my period on the 29 and I haven't yet. But I took a test and it was negative. I was wondering if by taking the next choice pill did it throw off my cycle. Also I have been cramping for a few days now.

Hi sdd8,
Taking Plan B or Next Choice usually always changes your period habits for at least 2 to 3 months. This is very common and if you took a pregnancy test and it was negative, you should rest assured that you are not pregnant.

Just for the future, remember that for the next couple months, you may experience some irregularity to your period but this is very common so do not be concerned. If you continue to have irregular periods or any other issues, please seek physicians assistance.

I hope this helps answer your question and calms your nerves about the possibility. In the future, maybe some sort of birth control method may be important as well as condom use.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
Keep up posted.
Missie
