Without intercourse, simply sexual rubbing results in pregnancy?

I have time with my boyfriend. He didn't intercourse with me but have rubbed his erected penis over my vaginal region for up to 20 secs. It had happened 2 weeks before and now it was 4 days late from my actual period time. Am I pregnant. I am so much afraid. Please help me with this

There is always a potential for pregnancy when there is genital to genital contact. The risk increases with penetration and ejaculation.

Stressing about this can cause a delay in the start of your period. During periods of high stress, the body produces more cortisol, which can cause your period to start late.

Without penetration and ejaculation, the risk is low. If your period is late by at least seven days, take an early response pregnancy test.
