Usually a blood pressure under normal is harmless. A lot of people live all their life with low blood pressure without having any downsides. So if you feel well, this BP reading is no reason for worry. If you are not feeling well (dizziness, fainting, headaches, tiredness, etc.) contact your doctor. You can read more about LBP below as well as ways to raise it. Adding more salt to your diet would be one way.
