Pain in the uterus has many possible causes from Endometriosis is a condition in which the lining of the uterus (endometrium) grows outside the uterus, An ovarian cyst, an infection and many other causes. It's important to see your doctor and let him know your symptoms and he might advise having an ultrasound done.
