Taking the Test for Alzheimer's

There are now tests you can take to see if you are at risk for Alzheimer's. I took one such test and was found to be at 'moderate risk' although I did say I had a relative with it but she got dementia when she was 90! Not sure if that counts. Anyway, no test can tell you for sure - not even close. But here is one test if you want to check it out http://www.nutritionaltest.com/freealzhe... Does anyone know of any other tests?

Belly Fat and Dementia

A study released Wednesday says that those who carry fat around their waists may have a higher risk of developing dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.

For me, this is a little bit difficult to swallow. I don't want to dismiss the inherent health risks that come with carrying extra weight, but do want to get your thoughts on how this relates to brain function? Does anyone agree or disagree with this theory? What has been your experience?
