Missy:
My mantra is, I want to change the world one pelvic floor at a time and while literally, sometimes that’s how I feel, I really believe that we are at a place in history where women’s pelvic wellness is going to catch on. There’s a real tipping point of awareness out there among women that they do not have to put up with this conditions, that there are people that they can go see that will understand them, that there are things that they can do that are in their control that are natural and easy and effective.
There is a place for diet and exercise in this condition as well and I feel like in 10 years, pelvic floor work will be like back work is now. Everybody will be doing it and every woman will understand that you need to do it for the rest of your life.
