Anne discusses how long it took her to not feel embarrassed about her excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis).

Anne:
I was in college. So 18, so probably eight years where four of the years I knew I had a problem but I was still kind of not sure about it and then, when I got to college it didn’t even matter. Every one was talking about, “I’m sweating. Don’t take a picture of my shirts.” it was just kind of normal and natural and I just dealt with it through college. I just dealt with it, dealt with it and then finally got to the point after college where, this is ridiculous. I am going on job interviews and working in professional setting and why am I just prolonging something that can just quickly make my life a lot easier.
