It’s life-changing. It’s not only life-changing in the physical sense, but it’s life-changing in the emotional sense because we lose weight and our bodies change so rapidly, but our minds don’t catch up quite so quickly. So, if you’re going to make the decision you have to be ready for big, emotional changes, not just the physical changes. It’s an incredible journey.

I would recommend it to anyone who is on the verge of being diagnosed with high blood pressure or has heart problems, anything to help take the weight off. I was having no physical, medical problems but my body was just getting too big to move around and at 40, I said, “I can’t do this for the rest of my life. If I do I am going to die,” and it was a life decision.

Hi. This is the challenge of writing. You have to be very emotionally engaged in what you?re doing, or it comes out flat. You can?t fake your way through this.
I am from Kuwait and now teach English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "But bathroom mirror comes in different shapes like circular, rectangular, square and oval."
