Phenomenal experience for me. I went from 330 pounds down to 155 of which I have gained 10 pounds back in six years. So it’s been a remarkable experience. It’s changed the way I look at food, it’s changed how my relationship with food is, it’s been the most helpful decision I could ever make in the world.
