Initially I was a vegetarian for health reasons, but once I started researching animal cruelty in the food industry, it became an ethical decision as well. Technically I am considered a "pescatarian" because I do eat fish. I have noticed that I am much more healthier, and weight hasn't really been an issue since I have cut out pork, beef, and chicken.
