I see that the majority(29%) of people who voted say it should only take a month to get over a broken heart. I don't believe that, if the relationship had lasted for several years. Well, maybe if you are the type that quickly rebounds with someone else, a month might help you forget. I think after we have been a couple for a long period of time, we need a year to rediscover who we are by ourselves and not be dependent on someone else for happiness.♥ Then, we can truly be ready to find our next love.

I think it depends on the person, if you have had a relationship for a year, I think it would take time to trust your feelings for someone new, to love all over again is time,strenghtn and patience. Love yourself first, then you will love again
