Like anyone with clinical insomnia (that I am being treated for ) the notion of being able to go to sleep during the day is away with the faeries, in my case! Additionally, a nap in the daytime would cause havoc with my night schedule.
If I do nap in the middle of the day, I wake up like a bear with a sore head and am groggy and ill-tempered for the rest of the day. I'm better off tired!
I do envy those of you who fall asleep quickly enough to take a nap and to those of you who are totally refreshed afterwards!

This is a great question.
How luxurious!
I would LOVE to take a nap in the middle of the day, but I rarely have time to leave for lunch.
If given the opportunity to take a nap, much like a lunch break, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to use it.
WATCH ME THINK:
But if I could bank unused naps and cash them out later, now we're talking!

No way!
But not because I'm against them!
