Today I read an interesting article that I wanted to share here. There is apparently a link between drinking sugary beverages and an increased risk of heart disease. Check out this link:

Although I wish the article explored the "why" of this phenomenon a bit more, I do find this to be very fascinating and worth thinking about. It really does seem like there is not any health reason to drink sugary beverages like sodas, etc.

Have any of you had heart issues that got better in part due to cutting out sugary drinks?
