You should start fixing this with a healthy nutrition and a good therapist. First you have to make sure you have the strength to recover step by step. There are a lot of challenges ahead but you have the right to live your life just like the rest of us, let all the traumas behind and see the future in a brighter light. In all my career of drug treatment counselor I've seen a lot of successful recoveries, there is no greater joy when you see people getting their lives back.

Anon, I'm so sorry that you're dealing with so much. I know it's frustrating when you need help solving medical problems and don't feel that you're getting anywhere.
Can you tell us what the doctors have told you? Do you know whether you are dealing with anything like diabetes or high blood pressure?
Are you on any medications, and if so, can you tell us what they are? Do you take anything for the migraine headaches?
Have you been able to see a doctor about the anxiety attacks?
Please let us know some more detailed information, perhaps we can help you find out something. Also, where do you live?
