Hey all you empowHer fans and visitors: just wanted to pass along my experience and impressions from visiting the empowHer brain trust, mothership, headquarters today.
The two biggest surprises were 1) the dedicated work of more than a few males of our species toiling side-by-side with the empowHer sisterhood, and 2) on a much more personal note, the surprise and pleasure of meeting a favorite co-worker from another life (hi again, Tina!).
An enterprise like the empowHer web community doesn't just happen accidentally, but rather through the combined efforts of so many who share the vision of improving the health and happiness of women through the free exchange of critical information. I assume most users will never get a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes mechanics that makes the site work so well, but please trust me that it is a great group of women and men who are genuinely dedicated to this concept. On the other hand, if they ever chose to mount a webcam in the creative coral, perhaps more could enjoy vicariously the experience I shared today.
Thanks for the tour and introductions!
-Scottsdale Dad

Hey Scottsdale Dad! Glad you enjoyed visiting the Mothership and thanks for the kind words. Good seeing you again as well. And for those unfamiliar with Scottsdale Dad, check out his very amusing and very candid blog here.

Dear Scottsdale Dad,
I was looking forward to meeting you, but I just stepped out for lunch and you slipped in while I was out.
Glad to hear you had a wonderful time. And you're right, the women in this company are very impressive.
I'll look forward to meeting you.

I like the term you used, "creative coral."
