Good afternoon,
I saw that you had an article from 2008 about existential depression and thought you might be interested in expanding on this topic via different articles.
I represent Great Potential Press, a small publishing company that focuses on publishing materials from a psychological perspective on the social and emotional health and development of adults (and also children). We have a book coming in the future about a mental health concept that I believe might speak to some of your readers through individual articles about the topic.
Titled In Search of Meaning: Idealism, Bright Minds, Disillusionment, and Hope, Dr. James Webb has written this book to help people understand and overcome their depression through learning that some depression stems from idealism related the lesser-known ideas of existential depression and its consequential disillusionment about different life events.
We are not looking to have this book promoted on your website- just simply hoping to spread the word that this form of depression exists. If you think these ideas would be something that your readers would be interested in regarding mental health and wellness, and would like to pursue articles from Dr. Webb about these topics, please contact me.
Thank you so much for your time,
Sarah Ellwood
