I've started taking supplements and herbs. I just require directions on how and when should I take them. Been trying to get pregnant for many years but not succeeded. Please provide more steps/ recommendations on ways to increase my fertility.

There's a way of charting your body temperature each day to learn when you are about to ovulate.
It's called your basal body temperature, and it is your temperature when you very first wake up, before you even get out of bed. You take your temperature and record it on a monthly chart. Usually, before you ovulate there will be a slight dip in your temp and then after you ovulate your temperature rises until you have your period. It is a completely natural and holistic way to help with fertility and all you need is a basal thermometer. (It looks and acts just like a regular thermometer but since even one tenth of a degree can be important, it breaks up your temperature into larger marks.)
Here's another page where I answered this and give you some links showing how it works:

It's a great method for learning to recognize other symptoms of ovulation also, like when your cervical mucus changes from being sticky white (not fertile) to being clear and runny like an egg white (when you are fertile). By charting your whole cycle for a few months, you will feel very much in touch with what's going on with your body.
Check out that link I posted, above, and see if that system might not help you in TTC. I know how difficult it is when you've wanted a baby for a long time. Best wishes to you.

Kurata,
Thanks so much for getting back to us. The extra information helps.
Of the supplements you are currently taking, only Folic acid and Vitamin E have recommended daily allowance levels. For Folic acid it is 400mcg and for Vitamin E it is 8IU.
Did you do research on all the other supplements? Have you spoken to a doctor about them?
Considering that you are interested in holistic health, have you considered consulting a naturopathic physician? They often work with herbs and supplements -- as well as other methods -- to try and help bring a client's body into good health head to toe.
Here's an EmpowHer thread about finding a naturopathic physician and working her or him into your bigger health picture:

And you didn't answer this: have you used or are you familiar with taking your basal body temp to see when you're about to ovulate?

Hi, Kurata, and thank you for your question.
I also had two laparoscopies, and had endometriosis, so I understand what you're going through. I'm so sorry you're having to deal with it.
How old are you? How long have you been trying to conceive?
Are you familiar with the basal body temperature of charting your ovulation?
When was your last laparoscopy? Was your doctor successful in removing the tissue? Did you have any cysts? Were they successfully removed if so?
What herbs and supplements have you started to take? Does your doctor know about them?
Please know that we are not doctors and we can't give you recommendations on how much or what you need to take. But I would be glad to look up any research for you or recommendations that are found from reputable sites on the web.
Please give us some more information and let us see if we can be of help.
