Hi ladies- I wanted to chime in and give my experience with Her Option Cryoblation. I had my procedure 5months today. I chose to have my uterine lining frozen vs burnt, not sure if that was even my option but that's how mine went. I had been bleeding every day for 5months and my doctor was completely baffled as to why I was bleeding. I did have a cyst on my right ovary which was removed but my bleeding continued. Since I would not go on the pill my doctor thought this was the best solution for me. After coming home from my surgery I did have slight discharge for about one month, then the bleeding just stopped. No more bleeding everyday. I do still get my periods which last 5 days but each day are very light. Month five although has been different for me. I typically get my periods on day 25 and today is day 29 with very little spotting, I'm curious to see if this is a sign of my periods stopping for good. I guess a true reading won't be until month six to see the final prognosis. For me, I'm glad I chose this option. It was a quick and easy in-office procedure and healing time was a couple wks. I have read that this has thrown women in early menapause but to date no signs of that for me.
