share: I have been told by my doctor that i might have lupus because i have been in alot of pain around the joints on my hands and legs and my feet get really swollen it could be that i do have lupus

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. There is not one test that confirms a diagnosis of lupus, rather it is a series of blood tests and review of your symptoms.
