Ever since November of 2009 i have not had a monthly.I have the symptoms of it but i don't bleed.i have took pregnancy test after pregnancy test and they are all negative. all through out the month i have bad lower back cramps and sometimes i when i go to the restroom my urine has a pinkish tone and when i finish up on the tp it has some blood on it so i put on a pad and an hour later hoping that i have bled there is nothing there and its all gone. this happens at least twice a week throughout the whole month. i used to be regular. every month i would have my period on the 3rd and i would be finished by the 9th. i don't know if this could have anything to do with it but around the same time i had stopped my fiance and i were scuffling around and i had jumped on him while he was standing up i thought he was going to catch me but instead we both fall backwards and when i did i could not get up it felt like there was a knife wedged into my lower back and it was around the time i was suppose to have my monthly but i didn't and that's when it all started. it took my fiances mom and dad to get me off the floor cuz i would not let him touch me. i know i should have went to the hospital but i don't have insurance nor the money to go. but now I'm worried and asking questions. i don't know what to do. i want to have a baby in the future but if this keeps happening i know i wont be able to. i have gained a lottttt of weight since November i used to be a 15 in pants and now I'm a 20 and i keep gaining. I'm scared. there was one time i had my period right after the fall when i bled there where big clump of blood and on my pad it would be a dark red almost black color

Tinkbell - What city are you in? Dallas? Let us know, and we'll see if there are other resources for you. Pat

Hi,
Parkland looked like a great resource.
Planned Parenthood is also a great resource, as they offer gynecological exams on a sliding scale, or you can call them to find other resources in your area: Planned Parenthood Services: Dallas, TX. Health center locations in Dallas: Planned Parenthood Locations and Contact Info, Dallas, TX.
Please let us know what your doctor says after your exam!

Hi tinkbell - No, we can't tell what it is, but what we can tell is that you need to get medical attention as soon as you can. It would be helpful for you to prepare a summary of everything you've experienced since November 2009, somewhat like your comments above, so that you can give your doctor the bigger picture of what you've been experiencing, which will help in determining what's going on. Your new insurance may require you to see a primary care physician first and to ask that doctor for a referral to a gynecologist. I know it may be hard to not worry, but try to focus on the fact that you're going to go forward and find out what this is and take care of it, and better days are ahead. Please keep us posted on your progress.

Hi Tinkerbell,
It is really important that you seek medical attention. Since you had a trauma with the accident, you need to have a full checkup to make sure nothing is wrong. If insurance is an issue, there are many State, Local and Federal programs that help people without insurance. What State do you live in?
