What I wouldn’t give for some estrogen! Just a bit of estrogen to make my skin smoother, my disposition sweeter and my sweating more moist than wet. My grammar check tells me ‘more moist’ is not correct but that bitch probably has estrogen!
Warm weather seems to bring out the memories of days gone by filled with estrogen. I could sleep through the night. I could wear a fitted bodice on a dress. I could apply make-up once a day. I could sit in sunshine outside with a friend and have a glass of wine. I am just getting a hot flash remembering these memories!
So rather than crying about loss estrogen, if you can tell I am crying through the sweat, I have taken a proactive approach to the summer without estrogen.
Here is my checklist to chase the Estrogen loss blues:
1. Loose fitting bodices on dresses, I mean loose
2. A bigger size in white T-shirts
3. Blended drinks all day long (no alcohol)
4. Bronzer moisturizer and make-up
5. Sleep aid medication and wicking sleepwear form Haralee.Com
You may notice I have not included any tips for my sometimes terse, pinchy, badass attitude. I apologize. Of course there are solutions like:
Meaningful work, loving family, exercise, friendship, chocolate and ice cream, but ….
I miss my estrogen!
Have you found a solution?

Hi Haralee
I'm so sorry you can't take estrogen (your first paragraph made me laugh out loud, sorry!) and that it's making your miserable.
I'm not in this position but I do hope others can talk to you about what works for them - I might even need tips for later years too.
Maybe Granny needs a sugar pill for a few days to help out with her empathy skills?!
Best,
