I am a forty year old stay at home mom and a vegetarian tree hugger who also likes the finer things in life. My world consists of some philanthropic volunteer work, four funny children, one awesome husband, two crazy families, many animals, much heartbreak, lots of laughs, a few underutilized college degrees and a deep need to share it all.

Judy, thanks for your post. I think other women could learn from how you battled your secondary infertility, a hysterectomy and an ugly anxiety disorder. What were the steps you took to end up on the winning side?

Hello Tina,
April 11, 2008 - 10:30amMy journey to the bright side started with yoga believe it or not. Well yoga, running, therapy and good friends to talk to. I think that women sometimes underestimate the power of female friendship. Even touching base with a women you have never met can bring about miraculous healing through open communication.
all the best,
Judy
I'm sure there are many women out there who could learn from your experiences. We really appreciate you taking time out to help other women. I checked out your blog as well, which was really well done. I urge others to check out Judy's blog.
