May 5 will be five years since my mastectomy, so I am a SURVIVOR! Having said that there is now a problem that up until say a month ago I had not experienced....lymphedema....it is a constant pain, arm is warm and the tightness...So now I will search for an exercise or something that will help to remedy this...the point is that side effects can come many months/years after the surgery!

Congratulations, Survivor!
This is great news! I'm sorry you are now dealing with a sudden side effect of a long ago surgery. It really is happening due to the mastectomy?
We never know our bodies, truly, do we?
