Mood: Willingness – Excited About My Work
When I woke up this morning I could hardly wait to get to work. It surely feels different when you’re doing what you love. It’s a nice feeling.
We just put up a few testimonials from users of our tools on http://www.CycleHarmony.com. It makes me happy knowing that the tools we’ve worked so hard to develop are helpful for the community.
Exercise: I’ve been working out every day this week. It’s time to take a break. Gonna to go for a short walk after lunch, and take it easy today.
Stress/Relaxation: I missed my meditation this morning. And I can feel the difference because my energy seems a little scattered today. Gonna to remember to take some deep breaths throughout the day!
How do you feel today? Pause for a moment, connect with your feelings, care for yourselves, and record your journey.
