My cellulite is disappearing!
I posted a few weeks ago about how I'm trying the "Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Makeover" video exercise program that claims to get rid of cellulite, and I have to say that it's actually working. I can't believe it either, because I just figured that the combination of genetics, having had three pregnancies, and a day job of sitting at a desk all day meant that I was doomed to having cellulite on my backside. Now, after 5 weeks of faithfully doing the 1-hour exercise program three times a week, I'm actually seeing the bumpy, dimply cellulite on my butt disappear. I couldn't be more surprised!
This program was developed by Joey Atlas who is now a contributing writer on EmpowHer. His DVD set costs $29, and I believe they're well worth your money. Especially if you're already pouring money into the so-called cellulite busting creams, lotions and clothing that really don't work at all.

Joey Atlas' ULHTB works wonderfully along with the Carole Maggio No Lipo Lipo Massage. I saw the mention of massage above working on tough spots. And that's very true.
These two together are the ULTIMATE in combatting cellulite AND toning/rebuilding. Women will be amazed at using both ULHTB & No Lipo Lipo. I'm very thankful and grateful to have found out about them both. You can search Carole Maggio No Lipo Lipo in Google and you'll pull up her website and YouTube videos. She also has Facercise for toning and lifting the face and neck. Her website is Facercise.com
The kind of water you drink is also important as well. Clustered/Structured water which is ozonated is very important too.

I figured that the massage concept was as effective as all of those creams/lotions that are out on the market. Is it really effective? You don't think that if you just did the ULHTB exercises alone that you'd have the same results? I'm just curious and open to trying just about anything as long as it doesn't involve a knife.... ;)
Thanks for the additional info!!
Kristin, I really do believe deep massage is very effective. It is for me, anyway.
I do a cardio workout, using an elliptical that works both upper/lower body and I started using weights for upper body.
This Joey dude seems to know his stuff though! I've seen infomercials for "buns of steel" and "abs of steel" - is this the same guy?
I don't think so. I have his abs video too and I think it's called Abs of Stone.
LOL -- stone or steel? Which is better? I think I'd prefer diamond.....
The specific excersizes you do are irrelevent as you cannot target fat loss. To burn fat you want to do some kind of aerobic workout (though actually it is worth doing a small amount of stength exersizes (press-ups, sit ups, or as close to them as you can manage should be fine, no need to break out the weights) first as this will raise your metabolism throughout the day) combined with limiting your energy intake. If energy out is greater than energy in you will burn fat. But as I say you can't target the fat loss, it will happen thoughout your body.
There are benefits to improving your muscle size and tone. - Don't worry unless you're eating a lot and injecting anabolic steroids you won't look end up looking like a body builder! (Female body builders have to work rediculously hard and take lots of steroids to achieve their looks.)
I hope that's helpful,
Daniel.
