Many years ago, I had some rather severe health issues including asthma (which almost killed me twice); suicidal depression; animal/environmental/food allergies; fear of abandonment, etc. I was pretty "messy" in other words.
After many years of searching and going through so many remedies including herbal teas, vitamins/minerals, mlm (multi-level marketing) products, acupuncture, chiropractic, etc. to eliminate symptoms, I found teachers who could actually help me via hands-on bodywork sessions, an upgrade in my food program (first, eliminate wheat and dairy for allergies/asthma) and mental/emotional balance (for which I've now created the Revvellations Method including all of the above, to assist others).
I no longer have asthma, haven't considered killing myself EVER again since about mid-40's (thought I wouldn't see 40 and am now just coming up on 66), can hang out at a ranch with horses AND hay w/out issue! I train almost daily, easily dropped 30 pounds after getting married 10 years ago and dealing with my emotions with food (not to mention menopause) without deprivation, starvation or expensive products, and have none of the aches and pains others much younger than I tend to have.
It's interesting how we complicate our lives needlessly. What's it take to live well and be healthy? A super healthy food program; water; movement; rest; healthy relationships with oneself (especially) and a few others, and emotional freedom .... Let me know if I can assist.
