I am so guilty of overcompensating for exercise and tend to overeat either because I am VERY hungry or because mentally, I think I have a few extra calories banked from my work out. Great stuff!

haha - I'm guilty of this, and I should know better because I'm a foodie with a running problem and high cholesterol. Today at work, I knew that, if I had a bag of dark chocolate Hershey kisses, they'd have been gone in a flash - I was that bored with the task at hand, LOL!
I'm also guilty of borrowing from the good eating bank to justify the occasional "sin." And, so why is my scale reading 3.5 lbs more than it should as of today? hmmm...
