This Friday is National Wear Red day!
According to the fed. government, Friday will be a day when Americans nationwide will wear red to show their support for women's heart disease awareness. This observance provides an opportunity for everyone to unite in this life-saving awareness movement by showing off a favorite red dress, shirt, tie, jacket, hat, or pin.
So dig out something red for Friday and celebrate your healthy heart!

Yes, this was a great day to share that we care about heart disease. I'd like to thank you for your awareness of the government's protocol for heart health. I too wore red. Interestingly, there were quite a few employees dressed in red at work. It's good. Thanks Kristen!
