Hi, I have had lots of pain and different kinds of symptoms of ovarian cyst for more than 3 weeks now and I also I have lots of pain in my stomach. I went to the emergency room yesterday they did all tests as needed such as urine test, blood test and CT and they told me it was normal. I found out that my urine test results was saying that their was a little blood in it and since I have an ovarian hemmorhagic cyst I was told it was ruptured and that I have another cyst there. What I'm wondering is since it was ruptured and had such little blood does it mean it was related to this cyst that was ruptured?
The other thing is that I've been feeling pain beside my left stomach when even I go to the bathroom and it's where the cyst is located can it be that this cyst is causing me such pain and problem because I also have no appetite for more than 3 weeks now, I get nausea, sharp pain in my stomach, when I sit I feel like a squeeze in my stomach, I could only lay back. I also have constipation and diarrhea I feel mixed like this I get in so much pain and scared and I'm hoping the GI doctor is the right doctor who would know more about this. I even feel sense less in my stomach. I have appointment with my gyn this week and the next week I'm seeing a gastroenterology. I was told the GI doctor would know more about this. All these things I'm explaining and seeing the gastroenterology would such doctor know about all this matter that I'm explaining? All these things I said I want to know what would you think? Please let me know about this soon.
Thank You,
Melissa

Okay thank you. So far I know I'm seeing my GYN on Wednesday and next week I'm seeing a Gastroenterologist. What I'm wondering about is since I feel like this I noticed my bowel movement is all loose and either I feel constipated or have diarhhea for such matter seeing a gastroenterology would they deal with this matter to know what's going on? This is what I'm curious about the most. Please let me know soon.
Thank You,

Hi Melissa,
Your doing the right thing by following up with your doctor. We cannot diagnose you on here and as I always mention, if there is pain - go to the doctor. From your explanation, it appears that the most common response is that the cysts are providing you major discomfort and ruptured cyst will always cause pain.
Let us know what your doctor says as we may better assist you once you know what the next step will be.
Good luck,
Missie
