I just read an awesome article in The Dallas Morning News about all of the many free and low cost exercise/workout resources there are out there. I had no idea. And here I am paying for 2 gym memberships....
One really cool resource mentioned in the article that I just checked out is a web site where you can access free online yoga classes, and they have a new one each day. It's at www.yogatoday.com. I like this idea simply because I don't have time to get to the yoga studio, and also don't have the extra 15 or so bucks to take a class.
And I never even thought about all of the workout videos you don't need to buy because you can check them out from your local library (for free!).

One of my friends "takes" yoga classes online and has a great time doing so. I think it takes a certain amount of discipline to stick to a schedule of virtual training.
I'm more inclined to stick to a schedule if I have to participate with a group. Plus, I like the live interaction.
All the same, with our tight economy, virtual has its virtues!
