Back in 2010 I just started going through the menopause. Till then, I was relatively healthy and slim, but the menopause changed all the rules. I started getting aches and pains and whacked on a lot of weight. I was tire, old and constantly sleepy. I could feel myself getting old.

Four years later I m still 80% raw, feel about 25 physically and am planning my next career involving a LOT of travelling. My grown up kids have problems catching up to me :-)
