  I have been diabetic for 32 years on insulin, I am 43 years old. Six weeks ago went to ER with severe pain in upper stomach, just under sternum.

  I would like to know what it is about caramel (not the coloring), the caramel candy or flavored foods that makes it something people with celiac disease cannot have. Haven't been able to find the answer. thank you

  I have Hashimoto's with a huge goiter, which I plan to have removed shortly. I've gained 30 lbs in 9 months. Last week I went on a "vegatable Only" diet, no butter, and gained 1 lb.

  how long will it take for me to get back my waist line if i dont eat anything that has glutin or any of the other stuff that goes along with celiac disease.

  Tomorrow I am finally going to the doctor to determine if I am allergic to gluten. I have been battling with stomach aches for years and have not found the answers.

  I have had more and more digestion problems over the past few years. Everything I eat seems to upset my stomach. I started cutting things out of my diet that I know have an affect on me.
