  my daughter hit her finger on adoor .its not bruised or swollen but sore

  I slammed my finger in the door at work about 2 weeks ago. It was swollen and purple[just from the smallest joint to the tip], and the nail is completely black.

  My daughter who is 6 came up to me last night moving her finger around. i asked her if it hurt and she said a little bit but she didnt seem distressed nor was she crying.
