  When trying to conceive should I count the days that i spot as the first day of my period or do I wait until I have a normal flow and then start counting down the day until ovulation?

  My left fallopian tube was removed due to an ectopic pregnancy. This may seem like a silly question, but when I ovulate on my left side, how does the egg travel into my uterus without the fallopian tube there?
