  I have bloating, gas I mean extreme gas and its making me very sick im always upset and feel like vomiting I also have diarrhea some days then constipation the others. Please help.

  I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome, but now because my pain is in the upper left quadrant of my stomach, the doctor tells me it can't be IBS because the pain is too high in my stomach.

  I am scheduled to have a hysterectomy because of terrible cramps. I have, in the past two months, made a connection between hormones and my ibs symptoms--which are increasingly worse.

  

  Will a hysterectomy decrease my ibs symptoms?
