I am almost 22 years old and I have always had really long spans between periods or a really irregular cycle.
Before I had my son I would only have periods about 3 or 4 times a year. This has been going on for about 4 years. Before that they were always normal and on time.

So its been about 2 months that i dont remember getting my period. usually i remember the dates but im sure i havent gotten on for 2 months now.
I have been on the pill for about 6 years now. I've never really had any problems before, maybe once or twice i would bleed lightly for 2 days in the middle of a pill cycle.
I Havent gotten my period for October. Usually my periods come at the beginning of the month, but it didnt some at the beginning of the month so then i was like ok, i'll just wait it out.
My aunt told me that I should take my body temp every day and track it because it can be helpful when trying to get pregnant. How does it work ? and how am I to do this?
