Cycling/Spinning Class: Does it Cause any Damage to Genitalia?

I have been taking a cycling/spinning class, and anyone who has ridden a bike knows that your "sit bones" can ache for a few days afterwards.

I started wondering if I am doing any long-term damage

Is it normal for my arm muscle in my shoulder to hurt 2 weeks after flu shot?

I was happy to receive the flu shot this year, as I feel like it's "doing my part" to stop the spread of the influenza virus.

Has anyone out there been suffering with "Fibromyalgia" longer than a couple of years? I have been for 5. Help.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about five years ago and have had very little relief since. I have seen numerous Drs and all say that this is Fibro.

My feet, legs, and joints are stiff in the morning why?

Wow I am having nearly the same condition. My feet, legs, and knees hurt all the time. But it is worse in the morning, and I am stiff as a board when I get out of bed.

Pain in back of legs & knees after sex

I have severe pain running down the backs of both legs (from my sitting bones down hamstrings) & knees after having sex. When I sit, it's dull & not as bad, but when I'm up it is awful!
