  3 years ago, i broke out in a rash on my neck and face, while my scalp became very itchy. after 5 dermotologists and an allergist, i was told i am allergic to propylene gycol.

  I have samll patch of tiny bumps on top of my head, the size of the patch is ~7mm. It has a bunch of raised bumps, pinkish color, does not itch.
