  I am 25 pregnant with twins and suffering from disc prolapse. will i be able to deliver healthy babies? will it be a normal delivery? will i face future health risks?

  I may need surgery for cervical and/or lumbar spinal stenosis. How dangerous is this surgery and how long does recovery take. Also what is involved in recovery? Physical therapy, etc.?
