Is it safe to use estrogen, progesterine, and testoterone topically for vestibulodynia?

Are there any fans of (doctor's name edited by mod) of San Diego out there? He has prescribed a very healthy dose of topical hormones for my vestibulodynia. I have suffered from this for 20 years.

eight years of pelvic pain, with no concrete diagnosis; do you know Dr. Andrew Goldstein?

I've suffered with chronic pelvic pain for nearly eight years. I've been told I'm probably dealing with two pain issues, one being vulva or 'vestibule pain, and perhaps a nerve entrapment.

Itching vulva, uncomfortable sitting - taking Flagyl for bv - 1 prior yeast infection - what do I do now?

I had a total hysterectomy in august 08, ovaries gone.
