Kristin Park shares her story on Postpartum Depression.

Hi, my name is Michaela Gagne and I am from Fall River, Mass., and I am here to tell you about the fear I experienced when I was diagnosed with heart disease and about the way that I overcame that and overcome it on a daily basis.

My name is Eliz Green from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is my heart disease story I want to share with you. Seven years ago, I was seven months pregnant with twins when I had a massive heart attack. Fortunately, I was there in the hospital on bedrest so I was able to have wonderful help right away. If had been home alone by myself, I wouldn’t be here today.
