Sex Therapist and Marriage Counselor Dr. Marty Klein explains how women can tell their sex partner certain sexual touching is or isn’t enjoyable.
Dr. Klein: If your partner cares about your experience, just tell them. You may not want to tell them in bed. You may want to tell them during lunch. You may want to them tell while you are in the supermarket. You may want to tell them while you are driving in the car.
“By the way, honey, you know when we are making love you know and you bite me on the shoulder, it is, I mean I am glad you are excited in everything, but it is just too hard. So, if you want nibble my shoulder during sex … umm great. The biting is just a little too hard, or if you want to be touched where your partner is not touching you.
If you want to talk it about during sex you can take your partner’s hand and put it where you like or if they are going too fast you can put your hand on the theirs and kind of slow it down or if they are missing the part you want to be touched all together you can say you know what would make this even better is if you would put your hand over there or put your mouth over there, if you would shave before we have sex. This whole idea about the fragile male ego does not want to hear these things, it’s so not true. People you have sex with want to hear from you. What you like, what you do not like, what you want more, what you want less, and you do not need gourmet language.
More of this, less of that is a good start. Honey, I really like that; that is a good start. I have already had too much of that for tonight; that is a good start. Just use plain old language and the person that you are with will be glad to have more information about how you like your hamburger cooked.
