I am not a good reader but I am a good listener. And when I decided not to take the depression medication, which just made me a zombie, I turned on the television. But now instead of watching just the news, I found myself watching Oprah or Ellen or the Three Stooges, getting more into PBS, the History Channel, things that lifted my mind up and got me out of the day-to-day fears and anxiety and made me look forward to things.
