It's definitely good with any job that I’ve had to talk to my managers as soon as I start and as soon as I am hired and let them know, "Hey, I am a diabetic," and sometimes if I just stop working or I need to go do something, it’s because, you know, so I think the best thing to do is just to be upfront.
