Dr. Hilkovitz shares when the best time for women to test their blood sugar is.
Dr. Hilkovitz:
The best time is four times a day. First thing in the morning and two hours after each meal because the sugar spikes after meals are related to what you eat, and it's the sugar spikes that cause the blindness, the neuritis, and the kidney problems and if you don’t measure two hours after a meal, you’re missing those important levels.
