Rate This

Watch EmpowHer's video blogger Roni's Weigh answer questions about losing weight.

Ok, are you ready for this? 26 minutes and only 4 questions! Yes, ladies and gentleman, I can TALK! But the first two questions were really good ones! Or at least ones that I have a lot to say about! :~P

Also notice the markers on the video bar. I’ve added comments that mark where I start the questions. No more watching the whole thing when only one question interests you!

Topics in this video include…

* Do I eat out more or less?
* How did my blog become as huge as it now?

* How do I stay motivated?
* Menu Planning?

ABOUT RONNIE'S WEIGH
I’m just a girl who started a weight loss blog to stay accountable during my weight watchers journey. I started the site while on maternity leave after regaining the 40lbs I lost before getting pregnant. Since starting the blog I’ve reached my goal weight and am now maintaining a 70lbs loss. I’ve lost the pregnancy weight, plus the extra 30lbs I was carrying around before baby.

Even though I set a goal to be one, I never thought I would actually make it to success story status. People now email me saying I inspire them to lose weight or to get “back on track” and that is a wonderful feeling. I sought out inspiring stories while losing weight so I understand the importance to know it is possible. I hope my story lets you know that it is.

The blog is my daily sounding board for the issues that people face everyday to lose or maintain weight loss. I use it to archive my recipes and share food products I find while keeping a daily journal.

I maintain the site while working full time and taking care of “the toddler”. So bear with me if I go missing for a few days. I normally post my daily food journal Monday through Friday but the weekends are a bit tougher.

Thanks so much for visiting!
