It really, it has less to do with weight loss than it has to do with how I have changed the way I look at life because for me, the weight that I had on my body was just a symptom of how I felt about my life, how chaotic, and that showed up on the scale, and so once you start working on your life and working on who you want to be in your life, the rest usually follows.

I think blogging, journals, diaries, writing things down is very important. It keeps you from going off somewhere where we don’t need to go off, and it puts a voice to a lot of the feelings, or emotions, or stressors that we have that we would usually suppress with food. So once you give all of those things a voice, then you are less likely to suppress it with food.
