My husband, I didn’t know this until he had mentioned that “Oh, by the way, I had tubes in my ears,” and his whole family, his brother had tubes in his ears, same thing with the sister so on his side of the family. There were a lot of kids that had it. So that, plus the ear infections, we just said, “You know what, we need to go to a specialist.” And they agreed, and they said, “Okay, it’s time,” and so they referred us to a great ENT [ear, nose and throat specialist], and we took it from there.
