Dr. Peredo shares how eczema is treated.

Dr. Peredo:
There is a lot of treatments available. Unfortunately, there is no cure but we use probably the first line of treatment would be the use of corticosteroids on the affected condition. Normally, we recommend frequent use for a short period of time, couple weeks, and then try to switch patient to non-steroidal creams. If that fails, there are other treatments like light treatment that are very popular and very safe.
