Event Description

Bikram's Yoga Program is the most exciting, demanding, effective yoga program in the world. You will sweat, strain, laugh and do more for your health, self-image and spirit than any other activity you can do. No matter what your physical condition, be it world-class athlete or couch potato, you will be equally challenged and will receive equal benefit from Bikram's 26 ordered postures and 2 breathing exercises. Bikram's Beginning Yoga Series is preventative healthcare. Being in shape doesn't just consist of shapely muscles and being able to run a few miles. Being in shape means that every system, gland, organ, tendon, ligament, joint and cell of the body is exercised.
